Our Founder and CEO, Larry Zirbel, began his career as a Research Staff Member for IBM’s TJ Watson Research Center. Shortly thereafter, he founded Software Techniques Inc. (STI) providing technology consulting in network protocol design, software development and telephony for companies including AT&T, Bell Labs, Fujitsu, and Hitachi.
In 1994, STI shifted their focus to the Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal market, successfully producing their first tax roll in Florida in 1996. Since that time, Larry and his team have architected two additional CAMA platforms, most recently as Founder and CEO of GSA Corp, successfully producing a tax roll for Highlands County Florida’s Property Appraiser in 2018.
